Why wait until something has happened to celebrate it? Why not celebrate as a way to help bring it about?
Join us for a celebration/workshop to exercise your imagination and propel you into your ideal future!

What is a vision board and why make one?
A vision board is a collage of images and words that embodies your vision for the future. It serves as a constant reminder of the life you want to create and is a powerful tool for focusing on and attracting your heart's desires.
In this workshop we make use of visualizations, discussion, journaling and creative arts to discover and give shape to our life's dreams. We begin by exploring our passions and values, then draw on the insights gained to create a clear vision of our preferred future. Next we construct our vision board using images and words that mirror and resonate with our vision. Finally we gain tools for overcoming obstacles to our ideal life and commit to goals and actions that will make our vision a reality.
This workshop will be facilitated by Lisa Kellogg.
*Basic materials will be supplied but I recommend that you bring any collage or drawing materials you have that you might like to use. Lunch is not included please bring a lunch or be prepared to get it in town. Beverages and light snack will be provided.

"I felt so uplifted and able to engage in play instead of being so serious. I feel like I am more of the me I want to be." -Barbara Devine
"Lisa I LOVED the open house! I had so much fun, and it was a real eye opener. I got the book [Play: How it Shapes the Brain, Opens the Imagination and Invigorates the Soul] out of the library and read it, but your exercises got the point across in a much more compelling way." -Kerry McQuaide
“Being part of a coached group has been one of the most helpful things I've done to help me develop my vision and goals. Having a committed and skilled coach has helped keep the group focused, and has helped us learn new tools and skills. The other members of the group have provided invaluable feedback, support, experience and introductions to other helpful people. As a solo business owner, I feel that the group has provided some of
the best aspects of partnership.” –Maria Reidelbach, Proprietor Homegrown Mini-Golf
"I enjoyed the Time Travel I attended... It is an unusual
and creative way to visualize your own future as you would like it to turn out. One of my goals was to go study and experience France that summer, and I did end up fulfilling that goal." –Rebecca Horwitz
"These skilled and empathetic facilitators offer an eye
opening workshop that can
help tap into powerful experiences for transformation. I loved it!" -Mary Joiner
"Lisa and James, Thank you so much for a great workshop!! My wheels are spinning and I am feeling pretty good. You did an awesome job. It was amazing and I am looking forward to follow up workshops… Thank you so very much!" -Susan Robbins
"Thanks so much to Lisa and James for a wonderful, playful and inspiring workshop. Your loving acceptance and flexibility allowed each person the opportunity to expand or take another step into the center of their being. You were superb role models in demonstrating listening from the heart and giving examples and contemplations for each section of the workshop. So thank you, thank you again." -Barbara Devine
