A Vision Board Workshop
What is a vision board and why make one?A vision board is a collage of images and words that embodies your vision for the future. It serves as a constant reminder of the life you want to create and is a powerful tool for focusing on and attracting your heart's desires. In this workshop we make use of visualizations, discussion, journaling and creative arts to discover and give shape to our life's dreams. We begin by exploring our passions and values, then draw on the insights gained to create a clear vision of our preferred future. Next we construct our vision board using images and words that mirror and resonate with our vision. Finally we gain tools for overcoming obstacles to our ideal life and commit to goals and actions that will make our vision a reality. This workshop will be facilitated by Lisa Kellogg. *Basic materials will be supplied but I recommend that you bring any collage or drawing materials you have that you might like to use. Lunch is not included please bring a lunch or be prepared to get it in town. Beverages and light snack will be provided.
