To The Point Issue 8: Pause and Listen

The rate of change in the world and new information available to us is astounding and can be both inspiring and overwhelming. It's easy to get caught up in a fast paced "doing" mode and forget to pause and listen.

Hmmm... Oh yeah, balance your action with insight? Ask, "Is my action pointing in the right direction?"

Pause and listen breaks can help you see more clearly and course correct when needed. If no correction is needed, they serve to reinforce and build your confidence by confirming that you are on the right road.

To The Point, Issue 3: Sweaty Moment Decisions

I was recently challenged to trust my intuition more, to let go of my propensity to over deliberate. It was suggested to me by a friend and coach to limit myself to 5 minutes to decide once I'd gained the basic info about any given choice.

Interestingly, within a week of giving myself permission to purchase a resource, (which I was more than pleased with) I was challenged again, this time with a greater opportunity, of significant value, with a bigger connection to my passions. OOOi! another time limit forcing me to decide, not self imposed this time. Yikes! I jumped. It was a powerful step and a big sweaty moment.

What are you choosing? How are you choosing it? Does your logical rational thinking support your intuitive processes or hinder it? What daring choice could you take right now to further your growth?

See my latest newsletter for more on sweaty moment decisions.

Also, for info on my tele-class, Getting Started
